While we stopped in Indianapolis, the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) launched its new “Drive On” campaign to commemorate seventy years of being a driving force in the progression of women’s athletics.
The campaign is clearly rooted in golf. But the concept extends further than the greens and tee boxes.
Drive On captures the power and potential in each of us.
It celebrates the hard work, focus, and tenacity that it takes to achieve our goals.
“Drive On” applies to all genders and generations. It’s a rallying call for any individual or group.
Life is full of hazards and rugged conditions.
But whenever you feel defeated, face adversity or your dreams seem out of reach, this campaign is meant to remind you to Drive On.
For nearly 70 years, the LPGA has been “driving on” to create greater opportunity for women. Standing on the shoulders of our 13 Founders and the other outstanding women who came before them, the members of the LPGA today are fully prepared to carry the future on their shoulders. Crushing it everyday so that today’s youth can crush it for the next generation.
