Kevin Harvick ranks among the winningest stock car racing drivers in history.
In 2014, Keevin reached the pinnacle of the sport by becoming the NASCAR Cup Series Champion.
Now, Kevin is taking his talents off the track and applying his skills to local, underserved communities.
In 2010 with his wife Delana, Kevin started a foundation with the goal of improving the lives of underprivileged children and helping them find and realize their dreams.
The Kevin Harvick Foundation’s impact has been substantial, with programming spread across communities throughout the United States.
One of these programs is the Kevin Harvick Athletic Scholarship.
As a former student-athlete, Kevin values education and understands the difficulties families face to financially provide their child’s education.
That’s why he started the scholarship.
It’s an on-going, full-ride, need-based scholarship, and is intended to enable student-athletes to pursue a degree while participating in athletics.
To make this opportunity possible, Kevin’s foundation partnered with California State University, Bakersfield, Calif. and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Together, the three organizations grant student-athletes a path towards pursuing their dreams.
