Leveling the Playing Field

The Wes Welker Foundation was created in 2007 to influence at-risk youth by encouraging their full potential through athletics and positive role models.

Being able to work towards a common goal teaches you so much about yourself.

Since then, the Wes Welker Foundation has awarded over $1.6 million dollars in grants to more than 40 Oklahoma City schools and organizations. The impact of these gifts is creating a foundation of opportunity for at-risk youth, seeking a proven path to graduation and beyond.

On the many playing fields rehabilitated and maintained by Fields & Futures, in partnership with the Wes Welker Foundation and other committed partners, young men and women are able to learn invaluable life lessons and receive the guidance, mentorship, and positive influences needed to live their best life.
